THE MIND REVOLUTION EXPERIENCE    

The pandemic has left an indelible impression on people’s minds. Many in my practice complain of lack of concentration, loss of focus, sadness, grief, and depression. My goal during this weekend is to empower you with a series of tools, meditations, and daily practices that will help you deal with these challenges but more importantly, help you live again with passion and to thrive in the coming years 

HOW THE MIND REVOLUTION EXPERIENCE WORKS 

The Mind Revolution Experience (MRE) runs for 2 days, Saturday, April 13, and Sunday, April 14.   

DAY 1 

THE THEATER OF THE MIND 

Learn, a series of tools that unleash the powers of your mind and help you thrive in a challenging time 

You will 

  1. Learn to remove fears in yourselves and others through a simple series of visualization exercises 

  2. A daily practice to change limiting beliefs 

  3. Learn to access your wiser self. 

  4. Discover your core values and design a blueprint so you can honor them as you move forward in your life 

  5. Learn to stack your peak experiences so you can have them at your fingertips whenever times get rough 

  6. Develop a mind-body map. Too many of us live in our heads and ignore the body. Learn to tap into your body’s inner wisdom. 

  7. Remove Alien Thoughts- Mass Hypnosis has installed thoughts that are not yours. The thoughts take the form of “You are no good” “You should be afraid” and “Everything is bad” Learn to identify these “alien” thoughts and uninstall them. You will feel a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. 

 

DAY 2 

YOUR RELATIONAL SELF 

 

 Neuroscience reveals that our minds are not a single unified self but a collection of competing selves. These inner conflicts can lead to addictions, habits, depression, sadness, and self-sabotage. 

On Day 2 we will dive deeply into a series of practices that reach out to our competing selves and bring them into our inner harmony so you can feel more whole and grounded. 

You will get to identify challenging parts, parts that cause sadness, grief, depression, or sabotage or stop you from being your very best 

You will learn about Neuroplasticity and help the brain to heal itself.

You will Learn 

  1. Grounding yourself for parts work 

  2. Resources- Learn to reach out to your allies and have them at your fingertips when you start doing parts works 

  3. Relational Work- Reach out to those parts and explore what they are doing for you. You will be surprised at the answers you get. Through system incorporation, you will learn to develop trust and a better relationship with those parts or as I called them presences that live inside you 

  4. Vows and Commitments to the Parts 

  5.  Future Pacing 

  6. How to Use Meditation to complement Your work with your inner family 

  7. Morning practices to check into those hidden aspects of yourself
